Carl has been a resident of Norwalk for over 60 years. A successful, local businessman, he started the retail business, Utopia with his brother, Ray in 1976. He is also in the real estate business, both as a broker and owner of numerous residential and commercial properties in Norwalk. He is a past board member and President of the Norwalk exchange Club, past member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, twice Chairman of the Board of the Norwalk YMCA and member of the Norwalk Housing Authority Scholarship Committee.
